Whypoll Foundation and Mapping Infant and Child Malnutrition

Welcome to the latest initiative of Whypoll. India's only open government platform. Whypoll built India's first women's safety mobile app and map (whypoll.crowdmap.com) and also created the first political opinion aggregating Twitter feed (@netaspeak).

The state of children in India is known to be deplorable. To this end, there is an acute shortage of adequate nutrition, healthcare and social protection. The result is premature deaths in numbers that are staggering. This map is an attempt to brings this reality closer to us by knitting together, new reports and personal experiences and putting them on a map. This children are not just data, they were individuals.
